- 23 lb batch. Bought these beans from Meridian Cacao in February, they are some of the cleanest I've ever seen, but after several roasts I didn't find I could create a batch that I liked. They are on the bright side, and I gravitate to the fudgey side, so offering them up for sale.
- I paid $185 for this quantity, will let it go for $125, prefer a local pickup.
This îș a rare bean from Peru, typically Native Criollos with ~30% white beans.
