How timely! I'm doing the Ecole Chocolat/Valrhona trip next month so this list will come in very handy for my extra days in Paris. I guess I'll be able to add a few of my own in a month.

Madame Cocoa posted a lovely album of photos taken in Paris in September 2008.There are some very lovely photos that remind me of my last trip there, but only a few of the photos are identifiable.
