Clay Gordon has spent the past 20 years perfecting the art of pairing fine wines with rich chocolate. On February 26 and March 26, New Yorkers can learn from his expertise at two separate tasting events, held at 2beans coffee and chocolate shop on Park Avenue. During the sessions, Gordon will draw from his book “Discover Chocolate,” teaching guests techniques he’s learned throughout his career.

Participants will enjoy a selection of wines—from sparkling and white to rosé and red—as they sample white, milk and dark chocolates. While discovering which goes best with which, they’ll also learn what to look for when reading a chocolate bar label, and what cocoa percentage really means.
